This routine is meant to build a strong, stabilized and effective core. It consists of a combination of exercises geared towards re-educating the core on how to effectively stabilize itself, isometric endurance exercises as well as dynamic stabilization exercises causing the core to stabilize while the body is going through motion. A main component of this routine is learning on how to brace the core to help build a strong foundation when going through larger full body motions. In addition to training the abdominal area this routine emphasizes strengthening the hip complex as well as the shoulder and chest region to build the strongest core possible.

If you've tried Core & Cardio Shredder #1 then you'll love this program. The program adds one day/week of workouts from the first program and really beings to focus on abdominals and overall weight-loss
