Hi there! My name is Zack, and I am a Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelors degree in Sports Science and a Coaching minor. I have trained everyone from NFL prospects and college football players to senior citizens and those trying to lose their last 10 pounds. I believe in efficient workouts that accelerate success toward your specific goal. Any program of mine you choose requires your maximum effort and with that comes the body you want. When I was playing college ball, I switched positions multiple times. When I switched, I had to change my workout routine in order to be successful on the field. Coming in, I was around 225 pounds and then bulked up to 275 pounds. Now, out of college and focusing on health and athleticism, I am 215 pounds. It is very important that you never become discouraged with yourself and remember that everybody starts somewhere. My motto is "if you are not getting better, then you are getting worse." This means that if there is a time you could be improving yourself and you choose not to, then you have lost that time to get better. Don't end up regretting missing a workout, a set, a rep or a moment in life.
