So, how does the site work?
The website's programs are broken down into fitness categories on the main page. Trainers from all over the country have created fitness programs and they have posted them into those categories like Bodybuilding, Cross-training, powerlifting, etc.. When you purchase a program you will receive a document that contains what exercises to do, what sets/reps to do, and a lot of the time what %'s to do. Exercises will have videos linked to them so that you always know how to properly perform an exercise. We encourage users to buy mutiple workouts from multiple trainers so that you are constantly diversifying your fitness programs.
What are the "future plans" for the website?
Well, our team doesn't want to give out any details or specifics. With that being said, just be prepared for a lot of new tools and profiles that will make your fitness experience a lot more fun and convenient.
Is there a monthly membership?
Absolutely not. There are no monthly fees, you simply purchase programs on an individual basis.

Can I personally email a trainer if I have questions?
Absolutely! If you want to get ahold of a trainer first email perfict@outlook.com. These personal trainers also have full time jobs so the perFIcT Fitness team wants to make sure that we can't answer a question before we hand off the question to the trainer.

Are you making an app?
Yes. The app has already been drawn up and once our team raises the funding we will be making an app with a very easy-to-use interface and a whole lot of amazing features.

How will I know how to perform an exercise?
Aside from the very advanced programs, every single program has video links built into it. After you purchase a program all you have to do is drag your mouse over the exercise name and click. After clicking you will be taken straight to one of our YouTube videos which quickly show you how to perform the exercise.
I purchase a Program on my mobile, but I can't view it, why is that?
Sometimes when you purchase a program on your mobile device it can't view the whole entire document from the internet right when you purchase. All you have to do is go to the email we sent you and the program will be right there!
