The website is a host for fitness programs. Trainers all over the United States have spent countless hours brainstorming & designing fitness programs for your use. The programs are very inexpensive and there is absolutely no monthly or annual fee required. All you have to do is purchase a workout program, it will pop up on your screen, and a copy will be sent to your email. After that, all you have to do is follow the program and you will see results!

 

The perFIcT team created perFIcT Fitness LLC for countless reasons. It was originally designed for the creation of a one-of-a-kind & easy-to-use fitness app. This thought process led to the product you are currently using today. This website is step one of a long list of steps to create the greatest fitness platform on Earth.

Perfict Fitness- Helping you become the perFIcT you

Description of program difficulty

Beginner

 

These programs are for people who are new to lifting weights or who haven't lifted weights in a few years. The workouts are more laid back and every single exercise has a link to YouTube to show you how to perform the exercise.

Intermediate

 

These programs are for weight lifters with some experience. There will still be links to YouTube videos for assistance, but exercises like push-ups and sit-ups won't have video links. These programs will be pretty challenging.

Advanced

 

There will only be video links for unique exercises. If you are an "advanced" lifter you should already know how to properly power clean, squat, etc.. These workouts will be VERY challenging. Be sure to push yourself and stay safe. If you don't know how to do an exercise, then don't do it or have someone teach you how to.
