What Kind Of A Lifter Are You?

These programs are for people who are new to lifting weights or who haven't lifted weights in a few years. The workouts are more laid back and every single exercise has a link to YouTube to show you how to perform the exercise.  Make sure you push yourself throughout the entirety of the program.

These programs are for those individuals who have experience with weightlifting. Some of these programs are very difficult and require focus, skill, and dedication. If you don't know how to perform certain lifts then you should either skip the lifts in the program or have a professional show you how to perform them.

These programs are for kids looking to get in shape or improve in athletics. Perfictfitness.com does not believe in weightlifting before a certain age, so all these exercises will be bodyweight movements your child can perform at home to help improve flexibility, strength, mobility, and more!
