He also emphasizes the integration of progressive strength training and conditioning to achieve ideal body composition and improve performance. He participated in football and track and field at the collegiate level, is an experienced wrestler, has experience as a physical therapist aide, and is practiced in Olympic and power lifting technique.

The 10 Week Powerlifting Build Up Program is for the power lifter trying to build his/her total weight in the months leading up to a competition. The 5 Week Powerlifting Competition Preparation Program is for the final month leading up to a competition, priming you to peak your performance in competition.
