After a stint in different corporate settings and the education system, I ended up getting certified as a Fitness Professional. It was something that kept me connected to my roots as a former athlete in high school and college. Ive always been interested in how athletes train and how training in general can improve your quality of life. Now, being in this business for 6 years, I do not see me doing anything else... EVER. I am experienced in Olympic lifting, metabolic conditioning, strength training, speed training, plyimetrics, functional training, bodyweight training and kettlebells. My experiences have allowed me to help clients from 5 to 81 years of age.
