Seth Holsinger

Seth has been actively involved in the fitness industry since 2007. Seth worked at the local fire department as an EMT/Firefighter for three years. In 2013, Seth received a Bachelors degree from Western Washington University in Kinesiology with a focus in Physical Therapy. Currently, Seth practices as a Personal Trainer at Gold's Gym in Capitol Hill, Seattle. Seth also coached wrestling for two years in his home town of Gig Harbor, WA. In his free time Seth enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, hiking, wakeboarding, soccer and guitar.

This workout is for off-season athlete who want to stay in shape and gain mass. All exercises should be done with full range of motion, changing rest times between 30s-2min each week and varying the number of sets. The warm up should be 5-20 minutes long and consist of either cycling, jogging, rowing or stairs. Enjoy!
