Luke has been lifting weights for as long as he can remember. He currently attends Eastern Washington University aiming for his Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. Luke is a competitive weightlifter and a 212 lbs he bosts a 650 lbs deadlift and a 675 lbs squat...he's kind of a beast and his programs reflect the same training that he takes himself through.
