Unofficially, training has been a part of my life for over 22 years – friends, family, anyone that wanted some help. Officially training as a certified personal trainer certified with the American College of Sports Medicine and National Academy of Sports Medicine for three years. In regard to formal education (which I do value) an A.A. in Sports Management and my B.S. in Wellness and Fitness.  My desire is to provide the best support and help I can to my clients to make them leaner, stronger, healthier, sexier, or whatever they want in the health, fitness and wellness genre.  I will lend an ear, give my opinions and suggestions if asked, or help in most any way I can.

Giant Super Sets

Difficulty: Intermediate

Muscle Group(s): Full Body

Days per week: 5

Program length: 12 weeks

 

Do not do this workout in a crowded gym. The program involves doing all of your exercises for the day for one set, and then going back through all the exercises for however many sets their are. This is known as "Giant Super Sets" and is an amazing program, but you definitely will need space in your gym. Good luck with the program!

Shredded, Burn, & Ripped

Difficulty: Intermediate

Muscle Group(s): Full Body

Days per week: 4 (And one day of cardio)

Program length: 12 weeks

 

This is a wonderful full-body program! With 4 days a week of intense weightlifting and a light cardio day you'll find your body transforming in a number of weeks. Push yourself and increase your weights every month!
