Tess Barrall

Tess has always been a fighter. Training out of Fighters Quarters in Allentown PA in 2011, she found a passion for more than just fighting; she had found a passion in physical fitness and helping others to achieve their wellness goals. Educated through different, whole body fitness & health techniques and programs, she has acquired personal training and group fitness certifications accredited by and/or from ACE, AFFA, NASM, Expert Trainer International, as well as procured her BA from Kutztown University. Now in 2015, she is owner of Taking Care of Business LLC, a fully insured company which offers life coaching and personal/couples training. She is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor at many facilities surrounding the Lehigh Valley, PA area. Tess is an Isagenix health & wealth coach and spends much of her time helping her local community. She is also a full time mommy of two and is an avid 5k enthusiast, for the races or on the fitness stages!

 

Most of my programs are functional strength and endurance training. I challenge you to challenge yourself, programs range from 30 days to 12 weeks. My focus is agility and body adaptation. Condition to confuse; therefore providing no room to plateau!

Getting married soon? Only have so much time in the day? If the answer to both of those was yes then YOU NEED to get this program! Push yourself for just 15-20 minutes a day and then add cardio throughout the week. If you follow this program to a T then you'll be one happy bride on wedding day :)
