This specific template combines vital core movements with the simplicity and functionality that a beginner needs. When in the early stages of a lifter'a career, building a solid base is the absolute most important goal. You later then chisel away at weak points to fine tune everything just right. Using the reoccurring wave setup in this plan will allow any lifter to build strength and size while allowing enough rest time to ensure that recovery is maximized and risk of injury is minimized.

Daniel Tinajero

Daniel started competing in high school weightlifting in which he was required to complete the benchpress and then clean and jerk movements. He instantly fell in love and has devoted himself to the pursuit of strength ever since. As a senior, he finished 3rd place at the FHSAA state finals, but knew this was not satisfactory for himself. Throughout college, Daniel continued to compete in powerlifting while working his way from being 160 lbs up to 245 lbs while maintaining a fairly lean stature. He holds a long list of records and accomplishments, but to date, his favorite/most memorable are his 1000lb squat and 750 lb benchpress at 220lbs class. Daniel is looking to return to the Olympia this year to defend his title and win his 4th straight USPA MR OLYMPIA powerlifting gold. His passion is in finding the potential within others that they do not yet see in themselves and helping them achieve success utilizing it. Realistically, he would love to be able to take charge of the strength training program at a high school, but is more than willing to help out interested and eager lifters of any age.
