Grew up in Tennessee and attended the Univ of TN, played college baseball, graduated with honors with a Bachelors degree. Traveled as a Regional Consultant for the Largest fraternity in America and worked with several thousands of men & women on how to improve their body, career, self motivation & life coach speaking. Moved to LA, CA 2002 and worked as the crowd warm-up for the Dr. Phil Television Show. Also was a character entertainer at Universal Studios for 10 years. Left the entertainment world and focus now solely on fitness. I however, took a lot of the self -motivating, coaching and fun entertainment skills & apply them to my training. It makes the session/classes go by much faster and clients love my whimsical, yet serious approach to training. I train independently & also teach a variety of Bootcamp Classes at Barry's Bootcamp LA & I also teach at Equinox fitness club.

My favorite type of programming is High Intensity Interval Training. A mixture of cardio, weights, plyometrics are incorporated with my programs. I also teach people to use equipment that is new to them ie, Booty Bands, Kettle bells, TRX, Gliding disks, a way to shock the body and muscles. I make the workout fun, but also challenging. I mix up and no routine will be the same; Variety is ESSENTIAL. Examples are the following: Super setting, Drop setting, Stations, Compound movements, Isolation movements, Body Weight only movements, Plyo, Cross-training.
