I am a former overweight, law enforcement officer that was disgusted with how I looked and felt despite working out. I decided to quit law enforcement and get back in shape by dedicating myself to the gym. As I made changes to my body, people began to ask what I was doing, which led me to personal training. I work with a variety of clients who seek weight loss help, to become lean and strong, for athletic purposes, or those who want to stay healthy. I started training in Chicago working for XSport Fitness before moving to Madison to work at Golds Gym.
Based on research and experience, my programs focus on training the entire body in some form of circuit training. Some studies indicate that the body keeps burning fat and recovering for up to 38 hours after exercising this way. I have designed programs to be used in the gym, at home or on the road, all using the full body approach.
