

Lindsay Shaw
Lindsay has been an athlete her whole life. She played every sport, ranging from basketball, volleyball, track, softball and even power-lifting and continued her athletics into College playing basketball for 4 years. Lindsay received her Bachelor’s in Physical Education and Fitness Management and personal training certification from NSCA and ISSA. She started her career out as just personal training, but grew it into something much more. Along with personal training, she started teaching boot camps, kickboxing and also added nutrition to her portfolio. Before she moved to Wisconsin she was working as a personal trainer, a group fitness instructor teaching 7+ classes a week, serving as group fitness coordinator, boot camp instructor and nutritionist. Her hobbies are working out, cooking/baking and spending time with loved ones. She also enjoys competitive mud runs and in 2012 placed in the top 10 overall females in the Nebraska Warrior Dash, finishing 1st in her heat. Lindsay has also participated in 3 half marathons.
