Kelly Collins

Kelly began her career in fitness in 2008 while getting her degree in Kinesiology San Diego State University. She began teaching indoor cycling classes at the school gym and then shortly after became a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM. She worked for multiple gyms and studios until 2013 when she began her own private in-home and online personal training business. She recently became a certified yoga teacher and today she continues her small business along with teaching indoor cycling and yoga for a few small studios. Kelly is very passionate about living a healthy, well balanced life and hope that she can help all of her clients and students to live their best and happiest lives!

My weight loss program is designed to speed up the fat burning process by incorporating strength building with cardio bursts. By building strength, you are building muscle that will speed up your resting metabolism, while the cardio bursts throughout the workouts are what will get that heart pumping and burn a ton of calories. At the end of each week you will complete a full body circuit which will act as in intense cardio workout with moves that will still allow you to strengthen and tone the entire body and without the boredom of being on a stationary machine.
