Life long lover of all things competitive, I have enjoyed playing team and individual sports since I was old enough to walk. There was nothing like having a physical advantage by being stronger and faster than my opponent, and this obsession transformed into a love of weightlifting and strength training around the time I got to college. Graduating in May 2015 from San Diego State University, it is my goal to pursue advanced degrees in the field of Kinesiology and Sport Psychology in order to better my understanding of athletic performance and the limits to which we can take the human body. With a lifetime of sport performance training and 2 years of personal training, it is my goal to bring programs to clients that will enable them to perform at their optimal level, whether inside the gym or outside in day to day activities.
